With 25 years of experience in Queensland local government, James has built a distinguished career in both finance and management. Over the years, he has held various roles, starting as a finance officer and rising to the position of Acting CEO, gaining a comprehensive understanding of the complexities and challenges within local government operations.

A graduate of the University of Queensland, James holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree with a focus on Accounting and Management. This academic foundation, combined with hands-on experience, has equipped him with the expertise to manage financial operations while leading teams to achieve strategic goals. Throughout his career, James has demonstrated a commitment to improving governance and operational efficiency, earning a reputation for leadership, integrity, and dedication to public service.

Tomas Ortiz - Founder/Co-CEO

Tomas is a seasoned finance and accounting professional with two decades of expertise in the local government sector. Over the past 20 years, he has worked as a finance and accounting consultant, playing a pivotal role in ensuring financial integrity and strategic planning for various local government organizations.

A graduate of De La Salle-College of Saint Benilde in Manila, Philippines, Tomas earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting, which laid the foundation for his successful career in public sector finance. With a deep understanding of accounting principles and public administration, he has become a trusted advisor in managing budgets, audits, and financial operations within the local government framework.

With 25 years of experience in custom software development, including the creation and management of complex financial systems, Christian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to every project he undertakes. Throughout his career, he has held various executive roles such as Managing Partner, Founder, and Managing Director, where he developed a strong foundation in both leadership and technical innovation.

Christian is a proud graduate of Ateneo de Davao University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science. This academic background, combined with his extensive hands-on experience, enables him to deliver tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of each client and industry.
